If you find that you are unsatisfied with your merchandise within 30 days after receiving your order, please contact us at info@ember-gifts.com to let us know what issues you are having with your order. If we cannot make it right, we will work with you on a return or exchange.
Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Return shipping charges are non-refundable and are the full responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be made for the price of the item, excluding shipping fees.
